Bonne Fête Box helps you throw parties with a certain je ne sais quoi by putting together hand-selected bespoke birthday boxes that include everything from themed table sets and custom garlands to unique Spotify playlists and interactive party activities. We work with small, local, women-owned businesses to curate custom products for each box, ensuring each soirèe is a truly unique experience. Simply select your box, open it up, and Voilà! It’s a party!
Currently we only offer shipping to the United States and Canada. If you’re interested in ordering a Custom Bonne Fete Box , please email us at hello@bonnefetebox.com we’d be happy to provide a custom shipping quote.
Please allow 5-7 business days to curate and create your Birthday Box. Once completed and shipped please allow 7 business days for delivery. We do our best to get your orders out ASAP! Unfortunately, we can not guarantee transit times so please leave enough time before your party for your items to arrive.
Custom Boxes require up to three weeks to curate and create.
Please contact us at hello@bonnefetebox.com ASAP. After an order is fulfilled and shipped, unfortunately we aren’t able to make any changes. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we’d be happy to re ship your box for an additional shipping fee.
Please contact us ASAP for order cancellation. If your order has not been fulfilled, most of the time, we can cancel your order. However, if an order has been processed/fulfilled, unfortunately we can no longer cancel it.
First of we’re so sorry to hear! After your package is sent you will receive an email from our team letting you know the tracking number and carrier. Please contact the carrier and use your tracking number for reference. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package in transit.
We love all the products that we carry, and we hope you do, too! Unfortunately since each box is custom curated, we do not offer refunds.
We try to anticipate demand as best as possible however, sometimes certain party themes sell out quickly. Contact us at hello@bonnefetebox.com so we can let you know when we expect the box to be back in stock.
